Sanavi, a Class 10 student, frequently missed school during menstruation. After attending the sessions and receiving a hygiene kit, she began using sanitary napkins regularly, attended school consistently, and started educating her peers.

Impact:
Girls became more confident discussing menstruation, and school absenteeism during periods decreased significantly.

Conclusion:
Menstrual hygiene awareness and access to products improve health, confidence, dignity, and educational participation.
