Working with MASHAL as a Field Worker was a truly rewarding experience. Being part of initiatives like the Vruddha Mitra and Bandhu Projects allowed me to connect closely with communities and witness the impact of meaningful social work. The experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and community engagement skills, and I am grateful to have contributed to MASHAL’s mission of supporting elderly citizens and vulnerable communities.
