My internship at MASHAL gave me valuable practical exposure and a deeper understanding of the realities faced by vulnerable communities. Working on the Vrudha Mitra project strengthened my communication skills and showed me the true impact of community-centred social work. It never felt like just an internship—it felt like contributing to society, and the experience will continue to shape my personal and professional journey.
